Red Brick Fire Consulting Limited is an independent fire safety consultant and fire engineer service, primarily serving clients in the Greater London, Surrey, and wider South England areas.
We specialise in the provision of fire strategy and fire engineering services for a varied range of building uses/types, including existing and heritage buildings. We are also experienced in successfully navigating the relevant regulatory approvals processes, including Building Regulations consultations.

Services
We offer the following core fire safety services with respect to new-build and existing-building projects.
Feasibility studies
Design fire strategy (for example, developed for relevant RIBA Stage milestones)
Fire engineering
Fire statements (where we are appointed to also develop and deliver the associated design fire strategy)
Assisting with applicable regulatory approvals processes
Existing building fire strategy
Independent third-party review work
We can also provide guidance on other fire safety related matters such as fire safety management, fire service access arrangements, salvage plans, and similar.
We have considerable experience of successfully working alongside architects, design teams, building operators, and other relevant stakeholders to deliver projects.

Red Brick Fire Consulting Limited
Our services to you will be handled by Matthew Ryan, who is a qualified fire engineer, Chartered Engineer with the Engineering Council, and a current Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers. Matthew has been working in the fire safety sector since 2004.
Our goal is to provide quality and reliable fire safety advice and associated deliverables to our clients, on a project specific basis.
We have extensive experience of providing successful fire safety strategy input on a wide range of building projects, from domestic to commercial. As part of this, we have a keen interest in helping to achieve appropriate solutions for heritage buildings, and niche public buildings such as museums, places of worship (inc. churches and cathedrals), and entertainment/ arts and culture venues.
